Shipping policy

Shipping is free for orders over €40

VAT & duties are included in the price for all EU customers.

Processing & Shipping Times

We aim to process all orders within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated delivery times:

• EU Shipping: [1-5] business days

• International Shipping: [3-10] business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs processing, or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the tracking number and link in aforementioned email.

Delivery Issues & Missing Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:

1. Check your tracking number for updates.

2. Contact the shipping carrier directly for further details.

3. If you still need assistance, reach out to our support.

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. But we will endeavour to find a good solution with the customer.

International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These fees may not be included in our pricing and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
